• Adopt a beach captains and coastal cleanup day coordinators
• Local government and NGO staff that work on public education and outreach on litter/pollution prevention/watershed/waste issues
• Active community members that are involved in watershed/creek groups, litter prevention and clean streets groups
• Teachers
