AT PILLAR POINT
Site captains: Celine, Mary Anny and a Junior from Heir to Our Oceans.
Where to Meet: Next to the Harbor Master Office at 1 Johnson Pier. Look for the blue flag.
Cleanup Areas: Volunteers usually cleanup the beach, parking lots, streets, coastal trail and jetties.
Supplies: BRING YOUR OWN BUCKETS AND GLOVES, pickup sticks and specific tools for this site cleanup will be provided while supplies last – very limited supplies. Because we are never sure of the weather, make sure to bring extra layers, a hat, sunblock, water and snacks.
Litter: Expect picking small and large pieces of trash related to commercial and recreational fishing activities.
Parking: Free parking at the harbor and behind the Habor Village.
Restrooms: Public restrooms are located at the at the harbor.
Dogs: Allowed but on leash. Please be responsible and pick up your dog waste.
AT MAVERICKS
Site captains: Valerie & son Ryan and Mary Anne.
Where to Meet: At the entrance of the trail behind the Mavericks dirt parking lot.
Cleanup Areas: Volunteers usually cleanup the beach, parking lots, streets and the jetty.
Supplies: BRING YOUR OWN BUCKETS AND GLOVES, pickup sticks and specific tools for this site cleanup will be provided while supplies last – very limited supplies. Because we are never sure of the weather, make sure to bring extra layers, a hat, sunblock, water and snacks.
