The Pacific Beach Coalition only exists because of you!
Every year, the Pacific Beach Coalition depends on your generosity to make a difference that has a positive impact on our community, neighborhoods, beaches, Pacific ocean and wildlife. We cleanup parking lots and beaches every weekend, rain or shine, we teach students of all ages about marine debris, and we educate thousands of adults through our cleanups and Give Back programs, Eco Fest and free events. Everyone is asked to take action everyday!
Every single penny given to our non-profit helps us put together educational tools for school assemblies, cleanups and outreach events, buy supplies for our beach cleanups, buy native plants and tools for habitat restoration and this past year, it has helped us engage over 12,000 volunteers providing approx 30,000 volunteer hours to our coastline! We collect and recycle cigarette butts at every event, manage collection containers along our coastline and in our business districts, and have recycled over 100,000 filters so far this year!
For 2018, we hope to continue our hard work, pursue our mission and expand our reach to additional beaches on the coast. However, we need your help. Every donation big or small, will have an incredible impact on our community and on the future of our coast. It is Monday, so make a move!
Donate Your Time
You can help us by volunteering. Come to our beach cleanups and habitat restoration events to help the ocean and coastal habitat. Join our team of stewards and become a PBC member working together to educate and inspire others to make a difference. Join our monthly PBC meeting, your voice, ideas and opinions are needed as much as we need your hands!

Help with Habitat Restoration
If you love gardening and want to help us preserve water and our coastal wildlife, Habitat Restoration is for you. Every year we plant native plants and remove weeds from our coastline. Our HR site captains need some help!

Is your company, school, or community group looking for an awesome and fun Team Building experience? Then look no further! PBC has an established Give Back program offering outdoor activities for 10 to 50 employees at one time on week days.

Every Day is Earth Day
We need to take care of our one planet on a daily basis. To do so, when you can, remember to reduce, recycle and reuse. Pick up your dog waste and discard the bag. Use tote bags and carpool or bike as much as you can. Take short showers and preserve our water… #makeamovemonday
